I had read about the wireless charging and I think it could be the way to go, pull up into a disabled bay in a supermarket and all have these wireless charging pads fitted so you just go do your shopping and come back to a charged car, unfortunately these are still unable to be fitted in the street where you park and would only work if you have off street parking.
