    The Mazda dealer we went to, when offered drinks, bought out the china tea service – much better then the vending drinks machine. Took longer to get, but you’re in a showroom..why rush, plenty of cars to admire…..so wish the wife would be able to get down in to an MX5 if only for a test-drive lol

    Must say, Johnsons of Oxford have been the best dealer we have dealt with, and this is what i don’t get with some dealers – If they provide a good service, where is going to be your 1st port of call in 3 years time…..it’s not just the 1 sale they get, it’s the potential of repeated sales. Likewise when they don’t want to know you, it’s not the 1 sale they lost, it’s repeated sales. I just don’t see, especially in the current climate how some dealers can afford to turn repeat business away… they must be very short-sighted.
