I will be writing to my local Council, thanks for the idea Brydo, but instead I will be writing to them asking them not to waste my money on chargers. This is not the future but rather a small step change in continued pollution of this planet.
Brydo, you may not like or agree with what I have written above but not everybody is as keen on battery technology in EV’s as you – you are bordering on fanaticism.
Batteries in EV’s are only a stop gap measure and should be treated as such. It is an technology which should be relegated and remain in torches, mobile/smartphones, mobile radios, etc. There are however some use cases for it but it should remain as just that, used in a one off or small scale unique use solution, such as that for safety reasons.
Batteries, which use up more of the World’s resources, are not the future. Let’s stop this before it goes the way of plastic.
