I never really got on with the ACC in my Golf because the controls are on the left-hand side of the steering so I had to take my hand off the wheel to use it but I also never ever gain enough confidence in the system with me always having my foot hovering over the foot-brake thinking the car was not going to stop.
The irony in that is the standard cruse control in the KIA is on the right-hand side of the steering wheel but turn it on for two minutes last week on the M5 then off again.
I suppose the real problem is I like to say in control. ?
Going back to the Touran order, do you still have access to My VW order tracer as I have mine and still saying “at the factory” so assume the dealer has not cancelled the order and keeping it for stock unless the page is simply not getting refreshed when I open it.
Glad your loving the Tiguan and with myself I am really settling down with the KIA now with engine and DSG acting in a quite orderly way now. The only thing I miss is the EHB that should have been in this KIA but I suppose that’s the pitfall of having a stock car for quick delivery.
