Seems a sensible application of the technology, Phil, though most of us, I imagine choose shady spots to park when it’s hot – will we have to change our habits? To keep our batteries topped up will we be avoiding multistory car parks and shady streets? Will we head out of town to find places to park in the open? Afraid I don’t see the value, but then I’m an old reactionary…
