Brydo the Rowse manuka honey is genuine manuka honey it has a lot of benefits fights infections cuts etc it’s a wonder food look online the 10+ is for infections I take a spoon full every morning not had a cold or chest infection since taking it a year ago it’s around £15 in Tesco but cheaper on eBay
