May i ask if you’ve enquired to Motability with your situation, as they do give grants of up to 40 hours of driving lessons, and think…. think i read somewhere that in circumstance like this, they will apply the grant to your carer, but i’m not 100% sure. It would certainly be worth a call if you haven’t done so already.
I believe your local social service will have a carers fund, to which your daughter could apply for funding from if motability cannot help.
Those are my 2 ideas, hopefully others will come along with theirs.
Under scheme rules, under 25’s can only drive certain vehicles, does your current car meet that criteria, if not then that’s something to consider too.
