Hi Dante, its Ryan who is dealing with us now and he couldnt be more professional or competent, far more confidence in him sorting everything out than we had in the other guy. We booked a test drive and when we turned up he hadnt even got the car out for it so we had to wait for him to get it out of the storage area, when we asked about trim levels he hadnt a clue and I really had to press for some details. Fortunately we were set on the Skoda so we didnt let it put us off, now Ryans taken over from him everything is smooth.
