Mitch you make a good point about dealerships taking photos. It may be worth pointing out that the servicing garage takes photos at the point of the vehicles MOT, as this is the point it goes on the back office system for sale, so it may be worth people making sure the car is up together for the MOT as if vehichle is already sold come handover day (although hand back garage will take photos) it doesn’t delay bonus payment.
i found this out end of last year, car went in for MOT, I got a call the next day from dealership asking if I was in the area could I pop in as they forgot to take photos, when I ask my supplying dealership why, they explained the back office sale system. And said the garage would incure a £40-£50 fine for not doing so.
