Starting today with a smear of high cloud blocking sun. Forecast to disperse soon and go clear and bright. Temperature at 7.30am was 15C; forecast to head up to 22C later. Really quite Mediterranean – I’ve already christened the Panama for this year; might be forced to go for shorts today!
