Can you take a grant application there? Might be worth checking if there’s a staged process. I have a HUGE problem with that hot water bottle comment. Imagine you’re 10 mins into your journey and someone hits you and that hot water bottle ruptures…… You could get really hurt. I would like to ask the CEO if thats an appropriate suggestion
Yes there’s a staged process which has been followed by putting a complaint in. Next step would be Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman can only deal with complaints about Motability Operations Ltd.
