I am due to change my car early next year. And I really want to get a electric car only problem is the range and insurance with mobility(I have a under 25 driver ) hopefully it will change soon. The Kia Soul has a good range but 200 hp and not on mobility. It’s a pity they could not limit the power out put of electric cars two 120 bhp for mobility customers.
