<p style=”text-align: left;”>Following on from my last post, I have to say that Sycamore BMW service department is just as good as the sales. (No I don’t work or get paid by them ?). Last year, the day before I was driving to France, the idrive stopped working. I called Sycamore and got it booked in for when I came back. ( the display became ideal place to stick the old Tom Tom )</p>
The car was out of warranty so I’d already taken out an extended one but it had an excess. Sycamore called BMW UK and arranged for the replacement parts to be covered by them so all I had to pay for was 3 manhours which was half the excess. The car was washed, vacuumed and they threw in a bottle of screenwash as well.
Great service
